Garlic Chicken Recipe!

My daughter was begging for garlic chicken for dinner tonight. We ended up stopping at Aldi and picking up a package of chicken for $2.49 a pound. Not the best price but better then most grocery stores when they don't have a sale on it. I ended up altering my usual garlic chicken recipe a bit just for something new. It turned out great!
